The Emperial Group holds Bermuda's leadership accountable, builds grassroots community power, and creates real pathways for the next generation. We belong to no party. We belong to the people.
The Emperial Group is a Bermuda-based advocacy movement united by a single conviction: that honest, accountable leadership is not optional — it is the foundation of everything.
We are defenders of the underprivileged and advocates for truth, justice, and natural equality across lines of race, religion, gender, and culture. Our work spans political accountability, youth engagement, workforce development, labour history, and community healing. We speak where others are silent. We act where others hesitate.
Bermuda's challenges are interconnected. Accountability in the halls of power, opportunity in the streets, healing in the homes, and a clear future for the next generation — these are not separate conversations. They are one.
Why do we reward failure and punish success? The Emperial Group holds elected officials and institutions to the standard every Bermudian deserves.
In 1998 the message was clear: Youth Rules. That mandate has not expired. We rebuild the pipeline of young Bermudians prepared for civic and community leadership.
Bermuda's skilled trades workforce is aging. We create direct pathways connecting young Bermudians to careers in construction, electrical, marine, and hospitality.
The violence and pain our community has endured demands more than silence. We name what others won't and work toward a Bermuda where accountability and healing walk together.

On June 19, 2026, the Emperial Group brings Bermuda's industries, educators, and young people together at Bermuda College for a landmark day of live trades demonstrations, employer networking, career counselling, and direct commitments to workforce pathways. Honouring the Bermuda Technical Institute — the first fully integrated public school in Bermuda — while building bold new futures for the next generation.
Whether you are a student, employer, educator, or community member — there is a place for you at Trades Fair 2026. Join us in building real futures for Bermuda's next generation.
